The girls start their day with Physical Training (PT). Food is cooked in a kitchen equipped with modern facilities, and the girls help in both preparation and serving. The hostel serves as a learning center for studying, singing, dancing, drama, yoga, karate, and a variety of cultural activities. All national holidays are celebrated with utmost pride and enthusiasm, fostering unity in diversity.
Hostel facilities are available to college students; however, admission is based on the criterion that it is reserved exclusively for Rajput girls.
The hostel girls are housed in three separate buildings, spread over a lush environment of six and a half acres, inhabited by peacocks, mongoose, squirrels, and birds of many varieties. Flora and fauna are revered on our campus, and serenity pervades the area.
'Brijraj Nandini Devi,' built in 1951, was named after the late Maharani of Bhavnagar, while 'Samyukta Kumari' was built in 1997, after the present Maharani and our Trust President. Both of these buildings are home to the school girls, while 'Maatru Mandir,' the oldest building on campus, was built in 1917 and also serves as a prayer and study area for the girls.
The hostel environment delicately balances the traditional with the modern, empowering our girls with the right credentials to live a meaningful life. We sincerely work towards the development of a 'Sarva Guna Sampann' woman by the end of the student life for all our young ladies.
Physical activity is a very essential part of our curriculum. We have a state-of-the-art artificial turf sports ground that offers field and track, along with football, volleyball, handball, throwball and basketball. We also offer kabaddi, kho-kho, badminton and swimming. Our girls represent the state of Gujarat at the national level often and win trophies across the board.
We believe that life skills are learnt on the sports field and we encourage our girls to excel here.
We believe that music is therapeutic and nourishes the soul. We have a beautiful music room, which includes a display of various rare musical instruments. The music room is used regularly by the students. Girls are also prepared for various music competitions held under youth festival.
The institution has a hall located on the second floor of the building, which is used for various academic activities such as orientations, seminars, workshops, research presentations, and more. The hall also hosts college-level events like debates, extempore, and singing competitions.
The hall is well-equipped with modern facilities, including a digital projector, microphone and speaker system, and air conditioning, ensuring that students have the best platform to showcase their talents.
A relatively new addition, the indoor rifle club is located next door at Nilambag Palace. The club is designed to meet professional standards and guidelines, equipped with modern equipment to prepare students for shooting competitions at various levels. We are proud to say that our girls are excelling in this sport, which also helps enhance their concentration in the classroom.
There is an outdoor swimming pool resembling roman baths which is located at Nilambag Palace is often used by the college girls to learn and practice swimming to expose them to various swimming competitions at various levels.
The computer laboratory is essential in the current curriculum for students and we take great pride in our computer lab. Here young minds are ignited to question, discover and search the world web. The computer laboratory is regularly updated with the latest computer models, powerful internet supply, which is essential to successfully carry out research and project work.
The laboratory also has a smart board, which is used as a teaching aid medium by the teachers.
Decorated with abstract wall paintings and equipped with the necessary tools, the psychology laboratory is used by third-year Bachelor’s students of psychology and Master’s students. Students engage in various experiments here and also participate in and conduct practicals, which are an integral part of their learning process.
The practicals conducted in the laboratory are an essential aspect of learning and enhancing one’s logical experience, aligning with the key aims of the New Education Policy 2020.
Boasting a collection of 18,000 books, the library is a sacred place, a temple of knowledge, which is open and accessible to all students. In order to instill a habit of reading from a young age, the school has made ‘Reading’ a designated period in the student’s timetable.

The campus is surrounded by multiple tress and plants of which some are flowering trees, with addition to peacocks, mongoose and other birds housing the campus who often feel protected and guarded in the vicinity are found here.
There are multiple benches being placed underneath each tree in order to create a more relaxing atmosphere for the students who are often found appreciating nature.
